Required Skills
- Expertise in tandoor cooking techniques
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and traditional recipes
- Understanding of clay oven (tandoor) maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation, portion control, and presentation
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards

Additional Requirements
- Previous experience as a Tandoor Chef or similar role is an advantage

Key Responsibilities
1. Tandoor Cooking & Food Preparation
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using the tandoor oven
- Maintain authenticity and consistency in traditional recipes
- Ensure high-quality taste, texture, and presentation
2. Kitchen Operations Management
- Manage the tandoor section efficiently during service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Ensure proper handling and upkeep of kitchen equipment
3. Food Quality & Presentation
- Follow standard portion sizes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain high culinary aesthetics in every dish
- Ensure consistency in plating and service standards
4. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the kitchen team for menu planning and execution
- Support and guide junior kitchen staff when required
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
5. Safety & Hygiene Compliance
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness in all food preparation areas
