Job Purpose & Role Summary

The Cluster Manager Job in Chennai at Masti Health and Beauty Pvt. Ltd focuses on overseeing the performance and operations of multiple spa outlets within a designated cluster.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Financial Management

  • Take full ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) for all assigned outlets
  • Analyze revenue reports and implement strategies to increase profitability
  • Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership

2. Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple spa outlets
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs and wellness protocols
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
  • Conduct regular audits to assess service quality and compliance
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor Spa Managers and their teams
  • Conduct training sessions to improve staff skills and performance
  • Build a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
  • Identify talent and support career development within the organization
  • Ensure high employee engagement and motivation

4. Guest Experience & Relationship Management

  • Enhance guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
