Key Responsibilities

1. Frontline Operations & Shift Management

  • Supervise daily spa operations during assigned shifts
  • Ensure all services are delivered as per company SOPs

  • Handle walk-in guests and minimize wait times
  • Maintain spa ambiance and overall presentation

2. Guest Service & Satisfaction

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming experience
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests
  • Maintain high service standards across all interactions
  • Ensure cleanliness, comfort, and ambiance at all times
  • Enhance guest satisfaction and retention

3. Sales Achievement & Upselling

  • Meet individual sales targets and contribute to outlet revenue
  • Promote spa services, packages, and retail products
  • Train team members on upselling and cross-selling techniques
  • Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions
  • Support loyalty programs and promotional initiatives

4. Cash Handling & Reporting

  • Manage billing, cash transactions, and shift reconciliation
  • Ensure accurate entry of sales data into POS systems
  • Prepare daily operational and financial reports
  • Track key performance indicators such as revenue and guest count

5. Inventory & Supply Management

  • Monitor stock levels of spa products and consumables
  • Conduct daily inventory checks and ensure availability
  • Prevent wastage and misuse of products
  • Coordinate with management for timely replenishment

6. Team Support & Communication

  • Act as the point of contact for spa staff during shifts
  • Provide guidance and support to therapists and team members
