Qualifications & Skills

Experience

  • 2–6 years of experience in outbound sales, international sales, or hospitality sales
  • Exposure to the African or Kenya market is a strong advantage

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Education

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in the Kenya market through calls, emails, and digital platforms
  • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Promote hotel packages, services, and offerings to travel agents, corporates, and partners
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand market reach

2. Market Focus – Kenya

  • Build a strong understanding of the Kenya travel and hospitality market
  • Establish and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
  • Track market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the brand’s presence in the region

3. Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
  • Maximize hotel occupancy and revenue through strategic sales efforts
  • Upsell hotel services, packages, and experiences to clients
  • Contribute to overall revenue growth and business expansion

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Handle client queries, negotiations, and deal closures efficiently
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Provide personalized service to meet client expectations

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as reservations, operations, and marketing
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
  • Share insights and feedback to improve sales strategies
