Job Summary

We are seeking an inspiring, strategic, and guest-centric Hotel Manager to lead a distinguished luxury lifestyle hotel in Jaipur. The role oversees all operational, financial, and service aspects of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, team excellence, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Service Excellence

  • Lead daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and Security.
  • Maintain and elevate brand standards, guest experience, and service delivery.
  • Address guest concerns promptly while fostering a culture of genuine hospitality.

Business & Financial Management

  • Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Monitor KPIs, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and operational efficiencies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to capture opportunities.

People Leadership

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing hospitality professionals.
  • Build an inclusive, collaborative, empowered work culture.
  • Lead performance reviews, succession planning, and continuous learning initiatives.

Strategic Growth & Brand Positioning

  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing for revenue, branding, and promotional campaigns.
  • Strengthen partnerships with local communities, tourism bodies, and corporate clients.
  • Enhance guest loyalty, reputation scores, and brand advocacy.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, licensing, hygiene, legal, and safety protocols.
  • Implement quality assurance, audits, sustainability, and operational SOPs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or senior leadership role in luxury hospitality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in KPI and revenue management.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality technology systems.
  • Jaipur market/cultural familiarity preferred.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
