Job Summary

The Guest Service Representative plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for RAHO guests. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service through phone, email, chat, and outbound communication channels. You will be the voice and heart of RAHO ensuring that every guest feels supported, heard, and cared for throughout their journey with us.

This is a full-time, office-based position in Bangalore with work hours from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. The role also requires remote availability until 9 PM, for approximately one additional hour depending on guest needs. As we are a company that puts guests first, flexibility and responsiveness are essential.

Candidates with a hospitality background are ideal, but individuals with a psychology background who excel in human interaction, empathy, and communication are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Representative at RAHO, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Guest Communication & Support

  • Communicate with guests across multiple channels including phone, chat, email, and social media.
  • Respond to all inquiries within 15 minutes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain continuous virtual availability to guests during their stay, offering real-time support whenever needed.
  • Provide clear, informed answers regarding product details, pricing, availability, property specifics, and policies.

Customer Experience & Satisfaction

  • Maintain a guest satisfaction rating of 9 or above, consistently delivering a warm, empathetic, and solution-driven approach.
  • Actively listen to guest concerns and work quickly to resolve inquiries and complaints.
  • Personalize interactions to build long-lasting guest relationships and ensure exceptional trip memories.
  • Promote and ensure sales of food packages and service bundles, meeting or exceeding target levels.

Operational Coordination

  • Keep detailed and accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, concerns, preferences, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate closely with onsite operational teams to ensure guest requests and needs are handled promptly.
  • Extract insights from guest feedback and share them with the team to improve service processes.
  • Provide recommendations to streamline the customer service workflow and enhance overall efficiency.

Professionalism & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
  • Stay updated on RAHO evolving portfolio, services, facilities, and policies to confidently address guest questions.
  • Uphold RAHO brand values while delivering high-touch guest service that reflects care and reliability.
