Job Summary

As a Travel Consultant at Juzgo Holidays, you will assist clients in planning both domestic and international trips. From understanding their travel preferences and budget to recommending suitable holidays packages and coordinating bookings, you will be involved in the complete travel planning process.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm for travel, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Juzgo Holidays team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Understanding customer travel preferences, expectations, and budget requirements
- Providing accurate and updated information about domestic and international destinations
- Recommending suitable holiday packages based on customer needs
- Assisting clients with bookings, ticketing coordination, documentation guidance, and travel arrangements
- Handling customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Following up with potential leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintaining detailed records of inquiries, follow-ups, payments, and confirmations
- Ensuring excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking process
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling abilities
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, G Suite.
- Interest in travel destinations and tourism trends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Handle travel inquiries received through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Clearly explain holiday package inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and travel policies
- Recommend suitable domestic and international travel packages based on customer requirements
- Achieve individual sales targets and support overall team performance
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, payments, and confirmed bookings
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Provide personalized travel solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain regular communication before and after booking
- Encourage repeat bookings and customer referrals
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the travel journey
Coordination & System Updates
- Update customer details, inquiries, and booking information in CRM systems
- Coordinate with operations and support teams for timely service delivery
- Maintain organized documentation for bookings and travel records
- Ensure accuracy in customer information, travel dates, pricing, and package details
- Monitor booking progress and follow up on pending requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Any graduate or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Candidates with a background in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration will have an added advantage
