1. HR Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with Heads of Departments on HR-related matters
- Provide strategic HR guidance on talent and workforce planning
- Build strong relationships with business leaders
- Align HR initiatives with business goals
2. Workforce Planning & Organizational Development
- Support workforce planning and restructuring initiatives
- Analyze workforce trends and identify talent gaps
- Assist in organizational design and development
- Contribute to long-term workforce strategies
3. Talent Acquisition & Diversity Hiring
- Support recruitment strategies and hiring processes
- Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring
- Enhance employer branding initiatives
4. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding to exit processes
- Implement HR policies effectively
- Support engagement and retention strategies
5. Learning & Development (L&D)
- Design and implement training programs
- Identify skill gaps and training needs
- Evaluate effectiveness of learning initiatives
6. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Drive engagement programs and initiatives
- Promote a positive workplace culture
- Support employee well-being initiatives
7. HR Operations & Strategic Initiatives
- Support HR policies and compliance
- Analyze HR data for decision-making
- Contribute to strategic HR projects
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- MBA / PGDM from reputed institutes such as XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, or equivalent reputed
Experience
- XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, or equivalent reputed
- Experience in corporate HR environments is preferred
