Key Responsibilities

1. Front Office Operations Management

  • Assist in managing daily front office operations including check-in and check-out
  • Supervise front desk, bell desk, and guest services teams
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments
  • Maintain high service standards and operational efficiency

2. Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead, guide, and motivate front office staff
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Ensure proper staffing during shifts
  • Build a collaborative team environment

3. Guest Experience & Customer Service

  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Gather feedback and improve services
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment

4. Performance Monitoring & Improvement

  • Monitor service quality and brand standards
  • Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction
  • Analyze feedback and take corrective actions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

5. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Monitor financial and credit policy compliance
  • Support customer recognition programs
  • Maintain operational standards

6. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams
  • Share operational updates effectively
  • Participate in meetings and planning sessions

7. Acting Leadership Role

  • Perform Front Office Manager duties when required
  • Support decision-making and planning
  • Ensure smooth operations during transitions

Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • High school diploma or GED with experience
  • OR Degree in Hospitality or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years in front office or guest services
  • Supervisory experience is an advantage

Skills Required

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Technical Skills
