- Act as the first point of contact for travelers

- Assist with visa-related queries and applications

3. Product Knowledge & Application
- Understand Atlys products and services
- Guide customers effectively
- Stay updated on visa policies
4. Collaboration & Team Coordination
- Work with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure smooth service delivery
- Improve customer experience
5. Documentation & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Document customer interactions
- Ensure data accuracy
6. Follow-Up & Customer Satisfaction
- Follow up with customers
- Ensure resolution of issues

7. Process Improvement
- Identify process gaps
- Suggest improvements

Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- 2+ years in customer support or service roles
- Travel or hospitality experience is a plus
