Job Summary

As a Sales Executive at Twinkle Holidays, you will promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages, handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages to individual and corporate clients
  • Generate sales leads through calls, emails, walk-ins, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales closures

Customer Consultation & Relationship Management

  • Understand customer travel requirements, budgets, and preferences
  • Provide clear and accurate information on destinations, itineraries, pricing, and inclusions
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally

Coordination & Reporting

  • Update lead and booking information in CRM and internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and service delivery
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
  • Prepare basic sales reports as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
  • Excellent communication and persuasive conversation skills
  • Strong sales orientation with client-handling abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency (Email, MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
