Triumph Holidays is hiring enthusiastic and confident Telemarketing Executives for its Vadapalani office in Chennai. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers over the phone, have good communication skills, and are interested in building a long-term career in the travel and tourism industry.
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will handle outbound and inbound calls, promote domestic and international holiday packages, and convert travel inquiries into qualified sales leads. The role focuses on customer engagement, lead conversion, and achieving calling and performance targets. Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced tele callers are both encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Telecalling & Lead Handling
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads
- Handle inbound travel-related inquiries professionally and courteously
- Promote domestic and international holiday packages and travel services
- Clearly explain package details, offers, and travel benefits
Lead Conversion & Sales Support
- Convert customer inquiries into qualified sales leads
- Perform timely follow-ups to move leads toward booking confirmation
- Maintain accurate call records, customer details, and lead status
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly conversion goals
Customer Communication & Relationship Management
- Build rapport and trust with customers through effective communication
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns confidently
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience during every call
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and conversational skills
- Basic sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
- Interest in travel, tourism, and holiday packages
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, CRM systems)
- Ability to work with targets in a fast-paced sales environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
