As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for selling domestic and international holiday packages, assisting customers with travel planning, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying booking experience. The role involves understanding customer preferences, budgets, and expectations, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings through professional communication and timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Consultation & Travel Planning
- Understand customer travel preferences, budgets, and expectations
- Provide detailed information on domestic and international destinations
- Suggest suitable holiday packages based on customer requirements
- Design customized travel itineraries to meet client needs
- Guide customers through the booking process in a clear and professional manner
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Handle travel inquiries received through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online leads
- Follow up regularly with potential customers to convert inquiries into bookings
- Explain package inclusions, pricing, and travel details accurately
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team performance
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Provide personalized service to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Encourage repeat bookings and customer referrals
- Handle customer queries and concerns before and after booking
- Ensure smooth communication with clients throughout the travel planning process
Coordination & System Updates
- Update customer details, inquiries, and booking information in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to bookings
- Ensure accuracy in customer information and travel details
Educational Qualifications
- Any graduate or equivalent qualification (preferred)
Required Skills for Travel Consultant Role
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
- Experience in selling holiday packages
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently
- Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
