Job Summary

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-office environment. This role involves managing reception operations, handling calls and appointments, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk functioning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage reception operations and handle all front desk activities efficiently.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including inventory tracking and report generation.
  • Handle general administrative duties and support organizational operations.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate with relevant authorities when required.
  • Manage VIP guests and special events with discretion and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a neat, organised, and aesthetically pleasing corporate reception area.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and sound decision-making to resolve issues quickly.
  • Exhibit a pleasant personality with strong customer service and guest-handling skills.
  • Adapt to exigencies and act proactively in dynamic situations.
  • Maintain exceptional written and verbal communication and correspondence skills.
  • Coordinate food and beverage arrangements for meetings and guests.
  • Manage client travel, bookings, vendor cabs, and driver coordination.
  • Handle vendor coordination and basic vendor management activities.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Any graduate or diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or reception operations.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.
  • Professional appearance with a customer-centric attitude.
