Job Summary
As Reservations Manager, you will oversee the full reservations operations for Sofitel Mumbai BKC and ensure all brand standards are consistently met. You will create and implement SOPs, maintain updated availability and rate charts, and maximize revenue through efficient reservation practices. Collaboration with Sales and Events teams is essential for managing group bookings and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional, professional, and engaging service at every interaction.
- Implement and maintain Sofitel brand standards for the Reservations Department.
- Create, update, and enforce departmental SOPs.
- Manage rate loading and availability updates on TARS and other booking systems.
- Coordinate closely with Sales & Events teams for group reservations and rooming lists.
- Maximize revenue through strategic up-selling and optimization of room inventory.
- Recommend hotel facilities and assist guests with special requests or information.
- Accurately book reservations, update guest profiles, and maintain system integrity.

Qualifications & Skills
- A guest-focused personality with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Prior experience in Reservations is an advantage.
- Experience with Opera or related PMS/reservation systems is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
