Job Summary:
The Catering Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Catering and Conference Services team. This includes assisting with contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), client communication, database management, and general office administration. The role ensures smooth daily workflow and supports the sales process for catering and conference bookings.
Responsibilities
- Maintain organized filing systems and accurate account records.
- Develop, manage, and update hotel sales databases.
- Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules and documents, and sharing relevant information.
- Prepare proposals for clients and assist with facility show-rounds.
- Support contract preparation and assist in executing the sales process.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as group resumes, expense reports, and commission processing.
- Communicate professionally and adhere to Four Seasons service standards.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in catering sales, conference services, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English spoken and written.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in administrative or sales coordination roles within a luxury hotel brand.
- Working knowledge of hotel systems such as Golden, Opera, or Delphi.
- Experience in group catering sales or lead generation.
