Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator supports the Catering Department through efficient administration, proactive sales support, and coordination of catering-related inquiries. The role focuses on securing and servicing social and corporate catering business while maintaining Four Seasons standards and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Actively solicit new catering business and respond to inquiries in the absence of the Catering Manager.
- Maintain a systematic trace/follow-up process for all inquiries and sales calls.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, correspondence, and departmental documents.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Marketing and Catering leadership team.
- Conduct property tours and host planners for meetings, weddings, and social events.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department to optimize function space usage and revenue.
- Answer and route calls professionally as per Four Seasons standards.
- Support additional departmental tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hotel school graduates preferred.
- Experience in Sales or Sales Administration in a hotel/hospitality environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Fresh hotel school graduates and MBA students are welcome to apply.
