Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented leader to oversee the daily operations, service standards, and overall performance of multiple restaurants. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring operational compliance, driving revenue, managing teams, and maintaining strong relationships with guests, employees, vendors, and local authorities. Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations.
  • Conduct daily briefings with Executives and Managers.
  • Perform weekly inspections of all restaurants under supervision.
  • Review guest feedback regularly and implement required improvements.
  • Oversee Guest Satisfaction Index (GSI) performance.
  • Build and maintain guest databases for each city.
  • Strengthen corporate client relationships.
  • Assist with recruitment and employee retention strategies.
  • Train all executive and managerial employees.
  • Contribute to BRISOP development for the restaurant vertical.
  • Conduct food and beverage quality checks across outlets.
  • Ensure hygiene standards as per local laws and Rosetta BRISOPs.
  • Liaise with local authorities and government bodies.
  • Coordinate with external and third-party agencies.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Analyse guest feedback daily and initiate corrective measures.
  • Submit weekly guest feedback reports.
  • Maintain a minimum monthly GSI score of 9.7.
  • Assist in creating restaurant-specific BRISOPs aligned with service style and cuisine.
  • Train managers and executives on BRISOP standards.
  • Review monthly training calendars from restaurant managers.
  • Set performance targets for various roles.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews.
  • Lead succession planning for managerial and executive roles.
  • Ensure quarterly Employee Satisfaction Surveys are conducted and actioned.
  • Maintain attrition within budget.
  • Achieve budgeted food and beverage revenues.
  • Monitor and control expenditures across restaurants.
  • Track daily energy consumption and costs.
  • Prepare monthly revenue and operational expenditure forecasts.
  • Create CAPEX, OPEX, and annual budgets with the Head of F&B Experiences.
  • Maintain beverage cost ratios without compromising quality.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.
  • Approve beverage purchases based on consumption and par levels.
  • Build strong vendor relationships for high-quality and competitively priced products.
  • Oversee bar inventories, summaries, and cash handling.
  • Review all monthly inventory reports.
  • Stay updated on F&B trends, innovations, and service concepts.
  • Recommend pricing for menus, beverages, and wine lists.
  • Conduct competitive analysis every six months.
  • Participate in F&B marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth operations by liaising with authorities and adhering to regulations.
