As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing revenue potential in alignment with Hyatt’s brand standards and commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the efficient day-to-day functioning of the Sales Department in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and operational guidelines.
  • Act as a sales specialist to proactively identify, develop, and convert business opportunities for the hotel.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets for rooms, events, and other hotel services through effective sales strategies and account management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event organizers.
  • Prepare and execute sales action plans to support business development goals.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth segments.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Events teams to ensure cohesive sales initiatives.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, client meetings, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Deliver personalized, service-oriented interactions that reflect Hyatt’s commitment to care and hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive in a luxury or upscale hotel environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and achieve revenue goals
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hotel CRM or sales management systems
