Job Summary
Park Hyatt Chennai is seeking an HR & Learning Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of the Human Resources Department in alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards.
The role will assist both the Learning Manager and the Human Resources team in delivering efficient HR operations, employee engagement, and learning programs that uphold Hyatt’s reputation for excellence and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR and Learning operations while maintaining Hyatt’s quality and service standards.
- Assist in planning and executing training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
- Manage HR documentation, learning attendance, and internal communication efficiently.
- Provide administrative support for employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality, or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Coordinator or Training Coordinator, ideally in a larger hospitality operation.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional communication and problem-solving ability with a focus on service excellence.
