Job Summary

We are looking for a warm, confident, service-driven professional who can deliver seamless hospitality while managing operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Warm Guest Welcome & Farewell
- You will greet guests with professionalism and warmth during check-in, ensuring a seamless and pleasant arrival. During departure, you will provide a courteous and memorable farewell, addressing any final needs or feedback.
Guest Complaint Resolution
- Handle guest complaints and concerns efficiently, offering quick solutions and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Your ability to remain composed and proactive is essential.
VIP Guest Coordination
- Oversee VIP arrivals and departures with precision. Complete pre-registration formalities, ensure all room requirements are met, and maintain detailed notes on guest preferences for future stays.
Front Office & Operational Support
- Manage multiple tasks in a busy front office environment, including coordinating with housekeeping for room clearance, allocating rooms, and ensuring accurate updates on hotel occupancy. Maintain all guest folios neatly and enter relevant guest likes/dislikes into the system.
Information & Concierge Assistance
- Provide guests with thorough information about the hotel, its services, in-house facilities, local attractions, and city activities. You should have a strong grasp of Chennai’s highlights and competitor offerings to assist guests better.
Promotion & Sales Awareness
- Stay informed about current room rates, promotions, packages, and offers so you can confidently communicate and upsell when appropriate.
Feedback Collection
- Engage with departing guests to collect feedback, capturing both positive comments and improvement areas. Ensure these are updated in guest profiles to enhance future stays.
Cashiering Support
- Perform basic cashiering activities when required, including posting charges and handling settlements with accuracy.
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum two years of Front Office experience, with at least one year in a supervisory or senior front desk role.
- Strong communication skills; additional languages will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage pressure, handle guest interactions with poise, and multitask efficiently.
- Prior experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
