Job Purpose & Role Summary
The Business Development Manager Job at MakeMyTrip focuses on building and managing relationships with independent hotels while driving business growth in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Relationship & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent hotel partners
- Manage end-to-end account performance across assigned regions
- Onboard new hotels and expand the platform’s supply base
- Conduct regular visits to partner hotels for performance reviews
- Provide recommendations based on industry best practices
2. Portfolio Management & Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue growth by developing strategic business plans
- Ensure optimal inventory availability across hotel partners
- Maintain competitive pricing across platforms
- Monitor supply-demand trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Improve partner performance and market share
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze hotel performance metrics and generate insights
- Prepare MIS reports and market intelligence data
- Track KPIs such as revenue, occupancy, and conversion rates
- Provide actionable insights to partners and internal stakeholders

4. Partner Training & Support
- Train hotel partners on platform tools and extranet usage

Education
