Key Responsibilities
1. Food & Beverage Operations Management
- Oversee all food and beverage operations within the resort
- Ensure smooth functioning of restaurants, dining services, and kitchen coordination
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
2. Customer Service & Guest Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Address guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly
- Maintain a welcoming and professional dining environment
- Enhance guest experiences through personalized service
3. Team Leadership & Training
- Lead, train, and supervise F&B staff
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve service standards
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
4. Budgeting & Financial Management
- Manage budgets for food and beverage operations
- Monitor costs and ensure profitability
- Control inventory, reduce wastage, and optimize resources
- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-saving strategies
5. Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of food preparation and service areas
- Implement best practices in food safety and cleanliness
6. Coordination & Planning
- Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and management teams
- Plan menus, promotions, and special events
- Ensure availability of supplies and proper inventory management

Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
Experience
- Relevant experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry
- Experience in managing restaurant or resort dining operations is highly preferred
