Key Responsibilities
Customer Consultation & Holiday Planning
- Understand customer travel needs, budgets, and destination preferences
- Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages
- Provide clear details on destinations, itineraries, inclusions, and travel services
- Assist customers throughout the inquiry, booking, and confirmation process
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Handle travel inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-in customers
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and bookings
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong and long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before and after booking
- Encourage repeat bookings and customer referrals
Coordination & System Updates
- Update customer and booking information in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking support and confirmations
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and booking details
Educational Qualifications
- Any graduate or equivalent qualification (preferred)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
- Strong communication and conversation skills
- Sales orientation with good client-handling abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, CRM systems)
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
