Job Summary
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to develop strategic initiatives that keep the hotel ahead in the marketplace. Your focus will be on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business leads.
- Develop and maintain corporate accounts and travel locally to generate business for the hotel or cluster.
- Negotiate rates and packages with corporate clients to maximize revenue.
- Create and execute local marketing campaigns, including social media initiatives.
- Prepare and manage corporate contracts in line with business and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Attend industry sales events and networking activities to build relationships and promote the brand.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, leads, and market feedback.
- Lead, train, and motivate the Sales team to achieve departmental goals.

- Proven experience in sales within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
