Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Sell domestic and international holiday packages to individual and corporate clients
  • Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable destinations and itineraries
  • Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and CRM systems
  • Contribute to revenue growth by maintaining a strong sales pipeline

Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Provide accurate and complete information on pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and itineraries
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and special requests in a professional manner
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after travel
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Package Knowledge & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel vendors for bookings and confirmations
  • Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and travel regulations
  • Assist in promoting seasonal offers and customized travel packages

Qualifications & Skills Required

Educational

  • Any graduate or equivalent qualification preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems)
