Job Summary

Brik Oven is looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Executive to ensure the smooth functioning, safety, and reliability of all restaurant facilities and equipment. In this role, you will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, coordinate with vendors, and support seamless restaurant operations across outlets. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing guest experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of restaurant premises, kitchen equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other assets.
  • Execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and improve equipment longevity.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, emergency breakdowns, and repair needs across all outlets.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service technicians, and contractors for specialized repairs and servicing.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance logs, service reports, and repair histories.
  • Ensure all facilities meet safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance standards (fire safety, electrical safety, FSSAI, etc.).
  • Manage spare parts, tools, and consumable inventory effectively.
  • Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment as required.
  • Report major repair needs and recurring issues to management along with recommended solutions.
  • Train staff on proper equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related technical field.
  • 2–4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality, QSR, retail, or facility management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and general facility maintenance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and respond quickly to emergencies.
  • Good communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and preventive measures.
