Job Summary
As a Human Resource Executive at iTour, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance support, and administrative compliance. You’ll play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, supporting team development, and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s mission of creating meaningful travel experiences.
Your ability to communicate effectively, manage people processes, and uphold brand values will be essential in fostering a collaborative and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee documentation accurately.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance processes.
- Coordinate employee training, orientation, and development programs.
- Support payroll, leave management, and performance appraisal processes.
- Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
- Address employee queries and ensure a positive work environment.
- Assist management in workforce planning and talent retention strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen company culture and values.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles (experience in travel/hospitality industry is a plus).
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and foster a positive workplace culture.
