Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Trainer with 12–20 years of hotel industry expertise to deliver comprehensive training across front office, reservations, F&B service, housekeeping, and hotel operations. The role involves hands-on training using Fidelio/Opera PMS, mentoring hospitality professionals, and preparing candidates for real-world hotel environments.
Key Responsibilities
As a Hospitality Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering practical and industry-aligned training across core hotel departments, including:
- Front Office Operations across different types of hotels
- Reservation procedures and guest tracking systems
- Hands-on training in hospitality software such as Fidelio / Opera
- Food & Beverage Service including banquets, dining etiquette, table manners, and table layouts
- Housekeeping operations and room standards
- Room servicing procedures and knowledge of different room types
- Fundamentals of F&B Production, menu planning, and beverage knowledge
- Training on alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Knowledge and application of various types of cutlery
- Basics of the French language and commonly used hospitality terms
- Understanding of different types of menus and service styles
Note: Candidates must provide a minimum of 3 years’ Front Office experience letter at the time of CV submission.
