Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented team member to support daily operational and service excellence. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, order, and organization across work areas, ensuring all equipment, tools, and supplies are handled safely and properly.
Key Responsibilities for Guest Service Associate
- Complete daily closing duties: store reusable items, clean equipment, secure refrigerators, restock supplies, turn off utilities, and lock designated areas.
- Set up, stock, and maintain workstations throughout the shift.
- Ensure all china, glassware, and silverware meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Follow all safety, security, and company policies; report accidents or unsafe conditions promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and protect company property and confidential information.
- Provide warm, courteous guest interactions following company service standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally across teams and guests.
- Support team goals and respond respectfully to colleagues.
- Meet quality expectations consistently.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, navigating stairs/ramps, and handling equipment safely.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience: No prior experience required
- Supervisory Experience: Not required
- Licenses/Certifications: None
