Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive with 1–2 years of experience. This position requires a confident, customer-focused individual who can handle guest inquiries, manage expectations, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting guest services, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times.

In this role, the executive will oversee guest interactions from arrival to departure, ensuring prompt assistance, effective communication, and problem resolution. She will also support back-end operational tasks such as menu coordination, inventory maintenance, and hygiene monitoring, working closely with the culinary and service teams. A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential for success. Candidates with multilingual abilities and prior experience in guest handling will be highly preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure high standards of hygiene are maintained across the unit and strictly follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure all items are stored under optimal conditions.
  • Assist in menu planning and costing in coordination with the kitchen team.
  • Ensure the availability of adequate supplies at all cooking and service stations.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for menu development.
  • Coordinate with the head chef for ordering required food ingredients as per menu demands.
  • Accurately cost dishes for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
  • Control production processes to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare duty schedules for junior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain detailed records of food preparation and manage inventory effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service experience in hospitality, tourism, or amusement parks is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Candidates with additional certifications in customer service or hospitality management are preferred

Professional Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Customer Service, Front Office, or any hospitality-related role
  • Experience working in hotels, resorts, amusement parks, or tourism-based environments is an added advantage

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and menu coordination (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain documentation, records, and reports accurately
