Job Summary
At Holiday Inn Express Chennai OMR Thoraipakkam, we’re looking for a Front Office Associate who can deliver exceptional guest experiences from the very first interaction. You’ll be the face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins, seamless stays, and memorable farewells always with warmth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and payments efficiently.
- Recognize and assist IHG One Rewards members and returning guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, personalized solutions.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and billing with confidence and care.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude.
- Fluency in local language; additional languages are a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency and numerical accuracy.
- Prior front office or customer service experience preferred.
