Job Summary
The Director of Sales & Marketing will lead the commercial strategy of the palace with a focus on revenue growth, brand positioning, and building strong market relationships. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the palace’s market presence, driving high-value business, and curating initiatives that uphold The Leela’s benchmark of world-class luxury.
What You Will Lead
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies that strengthen brand reputation and revenue.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing commercial team.
- Build relationships with key corporate, luxury, wedding, and leisure partners.
- Drive market analysis, forecasting, business planning, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Operations, F&B, and Events to maximize guest experiences and conversions.
- Lead digital strategy, brand campaigns, and partnerships to enhance visibility.
- Represent the palace at luxury forums, trade shows, and industry events.
- Uphold the values and standards that define The Leela’s legacy of elegance.
