Job Summary
As a Corporate Sales Manager at Wonderla, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with key corporate clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of events, outings, and corporate engagements. Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create, implement, and refine sales plans to achieve revenue goals and grow the corporate client portfolio.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients by understanding their requirements and delivering exceptional service.
- Tailored Proposals: Design and present customized packages for corporate outings, team-building events, and special occasions that align with client expectations.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and drive strategic growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and event management teams to ensure seamless event execution and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
- MBA or advanced certification in Sales/Marketing is preferred
Professional Experience
- Minimum 4 years of corporate sales or business development experience
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, tourism, or event management industries is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage corporate accounts and close high-value deals
