Job Summary

As the Assistant Marketing Manager at Alila Diwa Goa, you will support the efficient functioning of the Marketing Communications department while aligning with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. Your role focuses on enhancing the hotel’s visibility and reputation across local, national, and international markets.

You will contribute to developing, implementing, and evaluating the hotel’s marketing communication strategies, including advertising, promotions, digital marketing, public relations, and collateral production. This role requires a creative professional who can strengthen the hotel’s brand presence, drive engagement, and support business objectives through well-planned marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality content that reflects the Alila brand ethos.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing the hotel’s marketing communications strategy in alignment with corporate standards
  • Support advertising, promotional campaigns, digital content creation, and brand communication activities
  • Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance media visibility and strengthen brand reputation
  • Assist in producing high-quality marketing collaterals, graphics, and creative assets
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing activities to measure effectiveness and ensure alignment with marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Maintain administrative documentation, reports, and communication records for the department
  • Support events, media visits, influencer engagements, and promotional activities to maximize exposure

Qualifications

  • University degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Marketing Communications Manager, Marketing Executive, or similar role within hospitality
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in content writing, administrative tasks, PR coordination, and brand communication
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and understanding of visual aesthetics
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and support ongoing marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment
