Job Summary
The Admin Manager – Compliance is responsible for ensuring adherence to legal regulations, internal policies, and compliance standards across facilities and operations. This role plays a critical part in risk mitigation, regulatory reporting, audit coordination, and operational governance, while supporting senior management through data-driven insights and structured reporting.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Compliance & Risk Management
- Develop, implement, and oversee compliance control systems to prevent violations of legal and internal guidelines.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and continuously improve compliance processes.
- Review procedures, reports, and documentation to identify risks, gaps, or non-conformance.
- Draft, update, and implement company compliance policies.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices.
Governance & Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with Corporate Legal and HR teams to ensure enforcement of policies and standards.
- Assess upcoming business initiatives to identify potential compliance risks.
- Review team activities to identify compliance issues and provide guidance or training when required.
- Prepare compliance reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies.
Operational & Reporting Support
- Support Sunrise and morning safety meetings, including presentations, MOMs, and permit deviation tracking.
- Prepare and circulate permit deviation reports to CBRE teams.
- Complete Quarterly Compliance Checklists for all buildings.
- Manage online submission of compliance data through the Compliance Automation Tool.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly operational cover notes and summaries.
- Collate and share weekly major activity updates with clients.
- Prepare Monthly Asset Management Review presentations.
Audit, Due Diligence & Sustainability
- Coordinate internal and external audits on an ad hoc basis.
- Participate in and present during Due Diligence meetings for DLF clients.
- Coordinate e-waste and waste disposal activities in line with regulatory requirements.
Administration & Engagement
- Prepare ad hoc operational and compliance reports as required.
- Organise and coordinate employee engagement events.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in compliance, administration, facilities, or property management preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
