Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Coordination & Scheduling
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and client interactions
- Ensure smooth communication between teams and clients
- Manage daily sales activities efficiently
2. Lead & Offer Management
- Track offers, follow-ups, and maintain records
- Monitor lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain accurate sales data
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Assist with documentation, reports, and records
- Maintain organized sales data
- Prepare performance reports
4. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations
- Ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Support operational efficiency
5. Recruitment & Coordination Support
- Assist in interview scheduling and coordination
- Support recruitment processes
- Provide updates on hiring activities
6. Process Support & Efficiency
- Ensure smooth sales workflow execution
- Identify process improvements
- Support sales team in achieving targets
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or operations
- Hospitality experience is an advantage
Skills Required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to manage data and reporting systems
