Key Responsibilities

1. Offline Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Own and drive the offline growth strategy across multiple channels
  • Plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives to acquire new users
  • Develop scalable frameworks for offline acquisition

2. On-Ground Activations

  • Plan and execute activations across key locations such as airports, residential societies, campuses, and events
  • Launch student ambassador programs and community-driven campaigns
  • Experiment with new formats and innovative approaches to maximize reach

3. Partnerships & Channel Development

  • Build and manage partnerships with airlines, airports, banks, event organizers, and OTAs
  • Identify new offline channels for customer acquisition
  • Strengthen relationships with partners to drive long-term growth

4. Vendor & Team Management

  • Manage activation agencies, vendors, and field teams
  • Ensure high-quality execution of campaigns and events
  • Coordinate effectively to deliver consistent results across locations

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to track offline-to-online conversions
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
  • Use data-driven insights to improve efficiency and ROI

6. Scaling & Process Development

  • Develop repeatable playbooks for scaling offline campaigns across cities
  • Identify successful strategies and replicate them for growth
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance execution efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in offline marketing or on-ground activations
  • Proven experience in executing large-scale marketing campaigns

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of offline marketing channels and performance metrics
  • Ability to plan and execute campaigns end-to-end
  • Experience in managing vendors, agencies, and partnerships
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
