Job Summary:
Sales Executive: As a Sales Executive at iTour, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting travel packages, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. You will engage with customers, understand their travel needs, and offer tailored solutions that showcase iTour’s unique value. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and goal-oriented mindset will help build strong client relationships and contribute to the company’s growth.
Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and promote iTour’s travel packages, services, and offerings.
- Identify and connect with potential leads through social media, referrals, and networking.
- Customize travel solutions based on client preferences and requirements.
- Present travel options effectively and convert leads into successful bookings.
- Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns and lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth execution of trips.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor activity.
- Deliver excellent customer service from inquiry to post-travel feedback.
Requirements:

- Experience in sales (travel/tourism industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of domestic/international travel destinations and trends.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Self-driven, team-oriented, and flexible to travel or work extended hours.
