Job Summary:
As a Product Development Executive at iTour, you will be responsible for designing and developing unique travel products and experiences that align with market trends and customer preferences. You’ll research destinations, curate travel itineraries, and collaborate with partners to create offerings that showcase iTour’s innovation and value. This role blends creativity, market insight, and strategic thinking to enhance our travel portfolio and deliver memorable journeys for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify emerging travel trends, destinations, and experiences.
- Design and develop new travel packages, itineraries, and themed tours.
- Collaborate with suppliers, hotels, and DMCs to source competitive rates and unique inclusions.
- Analyze customer feedback, market demand, and competitor offerings to refine products.
- Ensure all travel products align with brand positioning, quality, and profitability goals.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support product launches and campaigns.
- Maintain updated product catalogs, pricing sheets, and destination guides.
- Evaluate performance of existing packages and recommend improvements.
- Participate in destination familiarization trips and build strong industry partnerships.
Requirements:

- Experience in product development, operations, or destination management (travel/tourism industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and market insight.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Passion for travel, innovation, and client satisfaction.
