Job Summary
As a Legal Support Executive at iTour, you will assist in managing all legal and compliance-related activities across departments. You’ll help draft and review agreements, maintain legal documentation, support HR and operations in policy compliance, and coordinate with external counsel when necessary.
This role requires strong attention to detail, understanding of business law, and the ability to ensure smooth, compliant operations in a fast-paced travel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, MOUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and service documents.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and statutory laws.
- Maintain a repository of all legal records, licenses, and agreements.
- Support HR with employment documentation and policy updates.
- Liaise with departments (sales, operations, finance) for contract and compliance support.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors on specialized or litigation matters.
- Track renewal dates for contracts, licenses, and statutory filings.
- Research legal issues and update management on new regulations.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper filing of legal documents.
Requirements:
- 1 – 3+ years of experience in corporate legal support or compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, company law, and compliance procedures.
- Excellent drafting, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
