Job Summary

As a Sales Manager at iTour, you will play a critical leadership role in driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, and expanding the company’s market presence. This position requires a seasoned sales professional with proven experience in managing teams, developing sales strategies, and delivering consistent business results. You will be responsible for setting sales direction, optimizing processes, mentoring team members, and working cross-functionally to ensure strong client acquisition, retention, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Design, implement, and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, and repeat business.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and provide structured coaching and performance improvement plans.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnership avenues to expand business reach.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and travel partners.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns and conversion strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine sales approaches and offerings.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective post-sales engagement and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, reports, and CRM data for management review.
  • Represent iTour professionally at client meetings, industry events, and business discussions when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–8+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a Sales Manager or team leadership role.
  • Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and scale teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong understanding of travel products, destinations, pricing strategies, and tourism trends.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as business demands.
