Job Summary

As a Technology Support Executive at iTour, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our digital platforms and travel systems. You’ll assist internal teams with technical support, monitor CRM and booking tools, and coordinate with the development team for system updates or troubleshooting. This role bridges technology and operations, helping iTour deliver seamless, tech-enabled travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily usage and maintenance of CRMs, booking systems, and internal tools.
  • Provide first-level tech support for sales, operations, and product teams.
  • Coordinate with the developer team for updates, bug fixes, and feature requests.
  • Manage user access, data accuracy, and security compliance.
  • Assist in onboarding new tools or systems and training team members.
  • Generate reports and data summaries from CRM and software platforms.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure smooth technical operations.
  • Contribute to improving processes through digital solutions and automation ideas.

Requirements:

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in IT support, tech coordination, or CRM operations (travel industry exposure is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of basic IT systems, CRMs, and cloud tools (e.g. Google Workspace, MS Office).
  • Good troubleshooting and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • Interest in travel technology and operational efficiency.
  • Freshers with relevant internships or technical exposure are encouraged to apply.
