Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Executive at iTour, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every stage of their journey. Your role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, providing accurate travel information, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. With your communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail, you’ll help create memorable experiences that reflect iTour’s commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information on travel packages, bookings, and itinerary details.
- Manage post-booking communication, confirmations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth trip execution.
- Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently, maintaining a positive brand impression.
- Follow up with clients after travel for feedback and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate customer records, correspondence, and CRM updates.
- Support administrative tasks and assist with travel documentation when required.
- Uphold iTour’s standards of hospitality, empathy, and professionalism.

Requirements:

- 1–3+ years of experience in customer service (travel or hospitality industry preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of basic travel processes, destinations, and booking systems (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle pressure with a customer-first mindset.
- 1–3+ years of experience in customer service (travel or hospitality industry preferred).
