Accountant Job Summary:
Accountant: As a Travel & Tourism Operations Executive at iTour, you will support the coordination and delivery of travel services and bookings. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by managing end-to-end travel arrangements, documentation, and supplier coordination. Your attention to detail, client handling, and multitasking skills will help deliver smooth and memorable experiences to our travelers.
Accountant Key Responsibilities:

- Manage travel bookings including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and travel-related services.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm reservations and ensure service quality.
- Create and send customized itineraries to clients based on their preferences and budget.
- Handle client queries through phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Prepare and organize documents such as tickets, insurance, visas, and travel vouchers.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and vendors to resolve booking issues.
- Assist in process improvement for better workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and destination updates.
Accountant Requirements:

- Experience in travel operations or a related tourism role.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Accuracy in managing bookings and documents.
- Familiarity with booking tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations and documentation.
- Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
